The Master Workflow

Why this app exists & how to use it.

Let's be honest. Most creators don't lack "creativity." They lack traction.

You get a spark. A cool character design, a "what if" scenario, or a fire opening scene. You spend weeks drawing the perfect protagonist. You write a 50-page lore bible. And then… you sit down to draw Chapter One, and your brain turns into an empty convenience store at 3 a.m. The lights are on, but nobody's working.

So you start over. And over. And over.

I know that loop because I lived it. I spent my entire life trying to become a better artist. I obsessed over anatomy, perspective, and line weight. I thought that once I had enough "skill," the stories would just pour out of me.

But when I finally reached a level where I was proud of my art and sat down to write my first original story, I hit a wall. I realized my ability to tell a story was nowhere near my ability to draw one.

It was crushing. I knew I had to start from scratch again, but the resources I found out there were either too vague or just didn't work for the way a manga-ka needs to think. So, I spent the next six years studying, writing, and engineering a better way.

I built these tools initially to save myself. But as I developed them here in Japan, I realized there were thousands of other artists out there just like me, people with the talent to draw, but without the map to navigate the story.

I never cared about being famous. If I never become a household name, that is okay. I am comforted by the knowledge that I've built something that can help you cross the dividing line between "artist" and "author."

Japanese manga creation isn't built on magic. It's built on a repeatable, highly engineered structure. I call it the Master Workflow.

This app is the result of those six years of struggle. We aren't going to build a lore bible. We're going to build a machine that produces story pressure.

That's why this app exists.

  • Not to replace your creativity.
  • Not to force you into a rigid formula.
  • And definitely not to tell you there's only "one correct way" to make manga.

The Master Workflow is meant to guide you, speed up the process, and help you avoid getting stuck in the endless restart loop. Think of it less like a strict rulebook and more like having an experienced creative friend sitting beside you while you work, helping you make decisions faster and more clearly.
